On board the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, guests will hear a narration of Schulz's "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" as the train travels to the Pumpkin Patch. Upon arrival, passengers will be greeted and have a photo opportunity with Charlie Brown, Lucy, and Snoopy. Activities to enjoy at The Great Pumpkin Patch will include: campfire marshmallows, a coloring station, temporary tattoos, trick or treating, bouncy house, hayrides and live musical entertainment. And kids, don't forget to wear your Halloween costumes! Each child will also select their own pumpkin from The Great Pumpkin Patch to take home.

Historic downtown Sevierville will take on an eerie aura on Saturday October 27, 2018 with the first ever History & Haunts event featuring the Jack-O'-Lantern Jubilee. During the event guests can enjoy guided historic ghost tours, a carved jack-o'-lantern contest, and a family-friendly Halloween dance party. The guided, historic ghost tours will be led by Sevier County Historian Carroll McMahan and intertwine legendary stories of past fires, floods, and misfortunes with memorable historical aspects that transcend two centuries in Sevierville. History & Haunts activities are from 5pm until 9pm with ghost tours beginning at 6pm and 7:30pm around the gazebo on Bruce Street.

Ripley's Haunted Adventure will hold its 20th Annual Fright Nights show.
Visitors can enjoy a screaming good time at these shows on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights in October as well as October 1-31.
For the regular cost of admission, visitors can experience this multi-million dollar, year-round haunted house with a new theme and new ghouls stalking its dark corridors. Shows start at 6pm with a character parade to kick off the night. Children must be at least 6 years of age to enter, however, during our Fright Nights shows the house is geared more toward ages 12 and up!
