Carolina...East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight
Fog is expected to develop area wide during the overnight hours
tonight. Some patches of fog may become dense and could reduce
visibilities to less than 1 mile in spots.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday
A line of strong to severe storms will move into the region late
Friday night into early Saturday morning. The main threat from
these storms will be damaging winds. The timing is still
uncertain, but at this time, it appears the best time for severe
weather will be from roughly 10 pm Friday to 6 am Saturday
In addition, strong southerly winds ahead of the front on Friday
may approach advisory level criteria.
